SHIPPING

• Pre-orders ship between 1 to 4 weeks depending on kit availability. 
• In-stock kits ship within 5 to 7 business days.
• Shipping costs for Bundles rages from $20 to $40. Shipping costs for individual kits ranges from $10 to $15. All shipping costs are listed during checkout.

RETURN POLICY

• Pre-Order Policy: You are allowed cancel your pre-order with no fees within 14 days of the first pre-order day (Ex; if the pre-order began on 9/1 , you have until 9/15) . Beyond 14 days , you are subjected to a 10% cancellation fee .
• Defective products must be exchanged within 30 days upon delivery, anything beyond 30 days will not be replaced. (no exceptions)
• Our return policies do not apply to misunderstood/incompatible ads.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Item must be unopened for all returns. There will be a 30% restocking fee if the item has been opened or tampered with. 
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Shipping charges are non-negotiable.
• Once an item's tracking/delivery confirmation shows delivered, we are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for returned items to be processed.

Pre-Order F.A.Q.

How do I know that I have successfully placed my order?

If your order has been placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't see it, check your Spam or Promotions folder.

Will you ship all of my pre-ordered items together?

If all items are not available during shipping, your package may ship at two different times.

When will I be charged?

We will process payments once you have placed the pre-order.

How accurate is the shipping date on the product page?

We strive to keep the expected date of arrival as up-to-date as possible. But because we don't have control over how long the items take to arrive to our warehouse, pre-order dates are subject to change without prior notice.

Can I modify or cancel a preorder?

Yes, pre-ordered items can be modified before the item ships. Be sure to have your order number, which you received in a confirmation email. Cancellations are subject to a 10% fee.
